Chinese and Japanese investors are flocking to buy land in the area along the National Road 1

The land is located along the National Road No.1 with interested investors flocked to buy from China and Japan.

According to an excerpt from the Phnom Penh Post News, CEO Century21 Mekong, said the Chinese investors and the Japanese have been collaborating with domestic investment, purchasing, land along the road, and because of this road is a crossing point of delivery of goods and trade in the future.

Land from the Tiger brewery street to  Koki market worth US $ 350 to 500 per square meter. Koki market to Neak Loeung worth between $ 50 to $ 150 per square meter.
